EncoBiO applies a flexible payment policy for customers. The payment amount includes the production cost, shipping costs and related procedures’ expense after discount (if any).
For domestic customers
Customers can choose any of the following: cash, transfer via ATM, Visa, Paypal,… to suit your needs.
For foreign customers
For orders from international markets, payment methods will be agreed upon by both parties in compliance with Incoterms 2020, international trade practices, local laws, international law and other related regulations. The final cost shall be notified to customers by EncoBiO.

Encobio cooperates with couriers, shipping agents, forwarders, shipping lines… to make deliveries in both domestic and international markets. Shipping cost and delivery time depends on the destination and the quantity of your order.
Upon receipt of the goods, please check the good’s status. In case the good’s quantity, quality or types are not as per the order, customers shall immediately notify EncoBiO via Hotline: +84 836 381 080 for support.
In the event of late delivery due to force majeure which includes but is not limited to bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on delivery,… EncoBiO shall immediately notify you to arrange another appropriate delivery time.
